Hamaari Sada Trust, under the leadership of its founder Mohd. Irshad Alam, took an important step towards empowering youth by facilitating the participation of nine selected students from the community in a One-Day Bootcamp on “Entrepreneurship as a Mindset” at the India Islamic Cultural Centre. Organised by Ummat Business Hive, the event brought together experienced industry professionals, aspiring entrepreneurs, and motivated youth. This was the first business meet organised by Ummat Business Hive.

As an organisation dedicated to community development, Hamaari Sada Trust consistently works to equip young people with skills, industry exposure, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The participation in this bootcamp aimed to connect students with industry leaders, provide real-world learning, and encourage them to explore entrepreneurship as a viable career path.

The students who participated in the event were: Nazia, Ahasan, and Abdul Rahaman (Class 10), Gitika, Mahi, Zainab, and Zeenat (Class 11), Shoeb (Class 11), and Mohd. Mazz (Class 12).

During the bootcamp, students attended sessions on idea selection, funding, compliance, and business growth strategies. The interactive format allowed them to hear directly from seasoned entrepreneurs who shared practical experiences, challenges, and success stories.

All students shared their feedback; here are the reflections of two of them:

Zainab, a Class 11 student, said:

“I learned about entrepreneurship, how to start a business, and the importance of working according to a schedule. Business must be done with honesty, which leads to success. Networking and learning from others’ working styles are essential.”

Another student shared:

“The program was very informative. I realised that to run a successful business, you have to take risks, work hard, and be sincere. It’s important to have a strong idea that can be turned into a profitable venture. Profit and loss are both part of business, but one must never give up. Failure doesn’t mean you’ve lost—it means you’re learning and on the right path.”

Expressing his appreciation, Mohd. Irshad Alam thanked Ummat Business Hive co-founders Khalid Ansari, Talaha Sareshwala, and Bilal Zaidi, along with the organising team, for welcoming Hamaari Sada Trust’s students and granting them the opportunity to be part of such a valuable business meet.

The event provided an excellent platform for students to gain meaningful insights into the entrepreneurial journey, including the mindset required to sustain and grow a business. Hamaari Sada Trust remains committed to creating such opportunities for the youth, enabling them to become not just job seekers but job creators for the community and beyond.
