Mohd. Irshad Alam, founder of Hamaari Sada Trust, along with his team, participated in the BYST Mentor Development Programme in April 2025. Successfully completing the BYST Online Learning Modules, they reaffirmed their commitment to mentoring and empowering aspiring youth entrepreneurs.
On 29th July 2025, Mr. Alam also had the privilege of attending the JRD Tata Awards 2025 Conference on Empowering India’s Economic Growth, held at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi.
The conference, themed “Business & Youth Starting Together (BYST),” aimed to empower nearly 20,000 young individuals by promoting mentorship in entrepreneurship and skill development as essential pillars of national growth.
A highlight of the event was the collective pledge taken by attendees:
“I pledge to think greener and wiser. I choose to reuse and reduce waste and protect the planet with every step I take.”
This powerful moment emphasized the shared responsibility toward environmental sustainability.
The inspiring experience reinvigorated Hamaari Sada Trust’s dedication to youth empowerment—helping shape skilled, responsible, and self-reliant entrepreneurs.
