Hamaari Sada Trust, in collaboration with Dr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital, organised an Eye Camp at its Rising Skill Development Centre, Madanpur Khadar Extension, New Delhi, on Sunday, 31st August 2025.
The camp was aimed at promoting eye health awareness and providing essential eye care services to children, youth, and the elderly.
Dr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital team, led by Dr. Jyoti Dayal along with other members including Mohd. Rehan, Radha, and Rafika, visited the Rising Skill Development Centre and conducted the eye check-ups.
Key Outcomes of the Camp:
Nearly 80 children and parents underwent eye check-ups.
17 students were identified for spectacles, which will be provided free of cost.
Some special children were also called to the hospital for further examination and treatment.
Parents and elderly participants were screened for cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetic eye conditions.
Patients requiring further treatment will receive it free of cost at Dr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital.
Speaking on the occasion, Mohd. Irshad Alam, Founder of Hamaari Sada Trust, said:

Hamaari Sada Trust continues to focus on community development through education, health awareness, media orientation, and advocacy. Its Rising Skill Development Centre regularly provides tuition support, English speaking classes, and computer training for underprivileged children in the area.
